The Barn

Built from scratch

Timber frame construction, original wood plank floors, forty-foot open ceilings. The barn was raised by hand in 1907, by neighbors who showed up to build something that would last. It did. Now it’s having a second life. When you celebrate here, you’re adding to a story that’s been being told for over a hundred years.

Inside The Barn

The main floor handles dinner and dancing: built-in bar on one side, room for any flexible table layouts. A custom mason jar chandelier hangs from the timber frame overhead. Usually the first thing people notice when they walk in.

The loft level overlooks the main floor. Lit stairway, leather seating, a clear sightline down to the reception. Guests use it as a vantage point, or a quieter place to step away for a few minutes. The loft gives the space a second dimension.

Ceremony

The ceremony deck sits on the hilltop with open views toward the Bristol and Lima hills. The gazebo is below, set in landscaped grounds with a long view over the tree line. The barn can be configured for indoor ceremonies if the weather shifts.

Capacity and Layout

The barn seats up to 170 for dinner, with room for dancing and the bar. For larger groups, the deck and grounds can be tented — we’ve hosted well over 200 that way.

For ceremonies: the hilltop gazebo seats up to 110. The deck accommodates up to around 200 with the barn as a covered option if the weather shifts. For larger ceremonies, we have additional outdoor space on the property — layout and logistics for those are best walked through in person.
