When you book Rushwood, you’re booking the property, on-site support during planning, and time across multiple days. Here’s what that means.
Full use of the barn and grounds on your wedding day, plus:
Guest house access is available—the night before, the night of, or both. We’ll work out what fits your plans.
You choose your caterer—any licensed, insured caterer is welcome. We have recommendations if you want them.
Rushwood provides bar service in-house. Alcohol, staffing, setup, and breakdown are all all taken care of in-house. No outside vendor to source or coordinate.
The format is flexible. You can host an open bar all night, cover just the first hour or two, keep it guest-paid, add signature cocktails, or mix formats to fit how you want the night to run. Most couples end up with something in between, which is exactly why we keep it flexible.
Open bar: Three tiers (Beer, Wine & Seltzer / House Liquor / Premium Liquor) in three-, four-, or five-hour packages. Current packages run $17 to $32 per person depending on tier and duration. A service charge and NYS sales tax apply.
Hybrid bar: You cover the bar for the first portion of the night; guests pay per drink after. It’s a way to be generous with a defined end point.
Consumption bar: you pay for what’s actually poured. Cash bar: guests purchase their own drinks. Fully stocked and staffed either way.
Signature cocktails: available with any format, quoted separately for each event.
Non-alcoholic beverages, ice, garnishes, setup, and breakdown are included across all packages.
Full bar pricing is available. We send it along when you reach out.
For couples who want more support during the event and less to handle at the end of the night.
Includes day-of venue coordination, ceremony takedown, parking attendant, and full end-of-night cleanup. Bundle price: $1,500.
Already included in The Rushwood Experience and The Estate Weekend. Available as an add-on to The Rushwood Weekend and Sunday packages.
Or add individually: day-of coordination ($1,000), end-of-night cleanup ($500), parking attendant + ceremony takedown ($450).
Planning a wedding means coordinating caterers, photographers, florists, DJs, officiants, rental companies, and everyone’s opinions. At Rushwood, you work with one primary contact from the day you sign through the week of your event, backed by an on-site team who knows the property. One contact who knows your wedding, your timeline, your concerns.
We’re available—not just at scheduled check-ins. Text at 11 PM with a question. Call on a Sunday. Walk the property with your photographer to scout angles. Bring your planner to talk through layout. Come back with your mom to figure out ceremony flow. We’ll talk things through as many times as you need until you feel clear on how the day will work.
On our end, we handle the venue side. We make sure you understand how the spaces function, what your vendors need to know, and what’s already taken care of.
